Alpha 3D print farm

About Us

From a Canadian Garage to U.S. Manufacturing

Our Story

We don't just print parts — we live this stuff.

Alpha 3D started in a garage just outside Toronto, Canada. What began as a side hustle printing custom brackets for local contractors quickly grew into a full-scale operation running multiple printers around the clock. For years we built a reputation across Canada for parts that could survive real abuse — job sites, tool drops, Canadian winters, and everything in between.

Today we're bringing that same grit and precision to the United States. We've expanded our fleet, tightened our tolerances, and built a catalog of mounts, organizers, and accessories designed for professionals who actually use their tools. Every part is designed in-house, tested in the field, and printed with materials chosen for the job — not the hype.

Our Mission

Make industrial-grade 3D printing accessible to every maker, contractor, and tinkerer.

We believe custom parts shouldn't require a machine shop or a six-week lead time. If you can imagine it, we can print it — fast, strong, and affordable.

Our Vision

Build the most trusted on-demand manufacturing partner for trade professionals and hobbyists alike.

From one-off prototypes to production runs, our goal is to be the first place you think of when you need a part that just works — no compromises.

Working With Us

We're here from sketch to shipment.

Whether you need a single custom mount or a batch of organizers for your whole crew, we make the process dead simple. Upload a sketch, send a photo, or pick from our catalog — we'll handle the rest.

Prototyping

Rapid iteration and low-volume production with real-time feedback. We'll tweak the design, dial in the infill, and get you a test part in days — not weeks.

Production

Volume pricing, consistent quality, and tight tolerances across every part. We run batch jobs on multiple printers with standardized settings so your 50th part looks identical to your first.

Built by a Hobbyist

Extreme hobbyist. Obsessive engineer.

The owner of Alpha 3D isn't just a printer operator — he's an extreme hobbyist who designs and flies 3D printed FPV drones, builds custom RC rigs, and tests every material to its absolute limit. If a filament can't survive a 70mph crash landing, it doesn't make the cut.

That same obsession carries over into every product we sell. Our tool mounts aren't just "good enough" — they're optimized for vibration, heat, impact, and real-world abuse. We print with PETG and PETG-CF as standard because we know what happens when a cheap PLA bracket snaps at the wrong moment.

When you buy from Alpha 3D, you're buying from someone who spends weekends calibrating flow rates and chasing grams of weight savings on drone frames. We care about the details because we live them.
